Tokyo’s Shinjuku skyline prides itself with a new 50-floor skyscraper (under construction). Mode Gakuen Cocoon Tower was designed by the firm of late architect Kenzo Tange. Roland climbs to the top with Noritaka Tange, president of Tange Associates.
